Nekobuto - Cat dance forms. Created by James Mitose. Taught to Robert Trias and Thomas S.H. Young. Given the name out of respect for Gogen Yamaguchi of Japanese Goju-ryu Karate. Robert Trias taught the forms to Bruce Juchnik. The forms emphasize low stances, kicking and double strikes.
